I am Vaidas Kantakevičius, a Team Manager of the Network Project Delivery Team at Telia Lietuva. Our team is responsible for delivering Network projects for Telia Lietuva internal and commercial clients' data center networks. Telia Lietuva has multiple modern data centers that meet the highest security requirements and provides IT services for many well-known Lithuanian companies. We are looking for a new knowledgeable and experienced Data Centers Network Project team member.

As a Leading Network Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in managing workflow processes, including making key decisions related to technological solutions and configurations, planning timelines, and assigning tasks to engineers. Your responsibilities will include proposing and implementing strategies aimed at enhancing project implementation efficiency and improving quality. You will be expected to develop and maintain standardized processes and procedures for project delivery, ensuring documentation is in place. This role offers the opportunity to take a significant part in the onboarding of new team members by providing training and mentorship to facilitate their seamless integration and professional growth. Additionally, you will be at the forefront of leading and executing project deliveries within your area of technological expertise.

We offer a monthly base salary starting from 3687 (gross) to 5531 (gross) plus annual bonuses, depending on your competencies, your and Telia results. Additionally, each Telia Lithuania employee receives additional employee benefits package which includes:

Is this you?
- Experience with Cisco Nexus 3K/5K/9K
- Great knowledge of dynamic routing protocols: OSPF, BGP
- Solid understanding of NGFW firewalls (Paloalto, Fortigate, Checkpoint)
- Solid understanding of IP networking, L2/L3 network protocols, TCP/IP, VLAN, VRRP, LACP, MC-LAG, EVPN with VXLAN, DHCP, DNS
- Good documentation skills
- Fluent in Lithuanian and English (spoken and written)
- Network automatization for infrastructure deployment
- Application Delivery Controller (F5)
- Web Application Firewalls (WAF)
- Python programming
- VMware NSX-T technologies
- Experience in public cloud network technologies
- Proven experience in project delivery
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong goal-oriented mindset and focus on high quality
- Strong sense of ownership of the network
