Our client is a renowned EPCM with a client based across both the mining and oil and gas sectors.
An opportunity exists to join their Perth CBD-based team as an HR Coordinator to commence immediately on a six-month temporary contract with a view to permanence.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for supporting all transactional aspects of the employee lifecycle including:
- Drafting and issuing of contracts, amending contracts and ensuring relevant terms of employment are documented and released
- Supporting any compliance requirements prior to onboarding
- Supporting the recruitment process
- Maintenance of employee files
- Responding to all employee queries via HR inbox
To be successful in your application, you will hold a tertiary qualification in human resources or a related specialism coupled with a similar level of experience. It is essential that you possess strong attention to detail and possess the ability to pick up systems and processes quickly and efficiently. You will be immediately available and open to the longer-term permanent opportunity. An immediate start would be preferred but a short notice period may be considered. A working knowledge of the Fair Work Act for the raising of contracts is a pre-requisite.
