Security Operations Center Analyst

Job Summary:

An Onsite Specialist to provide comprehensive support for a suite of critical applications, including Logscale, Splunk, Imperva, Airlock, Crowdstrike, Mimecast, and Tines. The candidate to ensure seamless operation, maintenance, and optimization of these tools, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges and enhance system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Application Support & Maintenance:

• Monitor and maintain the health and performance of Logscale, Splunk, Imperva, Airlock, Crowdstrike, Mimecast, and Tines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues promptly to minimize downtime

2.Incident Management:

• Act as the first point of contact for application-related incidents and service requests.

3.System Optimization:

• Analyze system performance metrics and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.

4. Integration & Automation:

• Work with Tines to design and implement automation workflows that streamline processes.

5. Security & Compliance:

• Conduct regular audits and compliance checks for tools like Imperva and Airlock.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in supporting enterprise applications like Splunk, Crowdstrike, and Mimecast.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and tools like Imperva and Airlock.
• Familiarity with automation tools such as Tines.
