Position Overview

As a Project Manager at TMGM, you will be central to our project management efforts, steering initiatives that enhance our operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. You'll lead complex projects from conception through to execution, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of internal cross-functional projects—such as system integrations, productivity tool rollouts, business enhancement etc. Ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
  • Has a good understanding of business requirements. Collaborate closely with IT manager and technician team, software engineering, operations and more to gather accurate project info and develop actionable plans.
  • Drive tracking, task allocation, and risk management across projects, proactively identifying and resolving blockages.
  • Act as the point of contact for key external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and cooperation.
  • Draft and maintain essential project documents, including project board, requirement and decision documents, change logs, communication plans and more.
  • Continuously improve project management practices to enhance team efficiency and cross-team collaboration.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above (backgrounds in IT/CS/BIS are a plus).
  • Minimum of 1 years' experience in project coordination or management, ideally with cross-team or company-wide initiatives.
  • Able to manage multiple projects independently and prioritize effectively under a dynamic workload.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin— comfortable leading meetings, writing documentation, and handling vendor coordination in both languages.
  • Detail-oriented, organised, proactive and self-disciplined. Have strong interests in technology and financial industry.


Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)

  • Familiarity with common productivity tools (e.g., Jira, MS, asset management tool).
  • Working experience as business analyst or in ITSM field is a plus.
  • PMP or other project management certifications.
