As a Digital Analytics Analyst, you’ll work with agile squads and stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights that shape our digital products and journeys. You’ll design, build, and maintain analytics dashboards and reports, support optimisation activities, and ensure data governance in a highly regulated environment.
Day To Day, You'll
- Work with stakeholders to identify and verify tracking requirements are captured and delivered to standard
- Champion data governance through clear documentation of tracking standards, metrics and definitions
- Analyse enterprise and behavioural data from platforms like Google Analytics, Big Query, Databricks, Qualtrics and Adobe to uncover trends and insights for digital product optimisation.
- Work as part of an Experimentation Centre of Excellence to build a culture of data-led improvement and conversion-rate optimisation.
- Build reports and dashboards to measure performance and support product optimisation
- Support risk management through clear and quality control processes, escalating issues as needed.

About You

- You’ve got a tertiary qualification in technology, science, mathematics, business, or equivalent experience.
- You have experience working with digital analytics in a complex enterprise (e.g. Google Analytics, Big Query, Databricks, SQL, Adobe)
- You’re a structured problem solver with strong analytical and consulting skills, and you communicate clearly with a wide range of stakeholders.
- You’re great at building relationships, handling conflicting priorities, and persuading others to consider new perspectives.
- Experience with experimentation and conversion-rate optimisation.
