At Workana, we are helping one of our clients grow their engineering team. We're looking for a Senior Front-End Engineer who is passionate about building modern, scalable applications and delivering great user experiences.
You'll work closely with designers, product managers, and back-end engineers, turning ideas and wireframes into clean, functional, and elegant solutions. What You'll Do
- Build and enhance user-facing features with React and TypeScript.
- Collaborate with design and product teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
- Ensure UI/UX feasibility and optimize applications for performance.
- Partner with back-end engineers on API integration and troubleshooting.
- Contribute to architecture decisions, documentation, and best practices.
What we're looking for
- 7+ years of web development experience.
- Strong expertise in ReactJS, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript.
- Experience with REST API, GraphQL, and SPAs.
- Knowledge of micro-frontend or microservice architectures.
- Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum teams (Jira, Confluence, Git).
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Willing to work in a hybrid model (Puerto Madero)
- Competitive salary in USD, with payroll in Argentina.
- Hybrid work model (2 days onsite in Puerto Madero, 3 days remote).
