We’re looking for a Java Backend Engineer to join a project focused on building and scaling an e-commerce platform that integrates Stripe and Shopify APIs. You’ll be responsible for designing and implementing the back-end services that connect business logic with payment gateways and e-commerce workflows. You’ll also play a key role in ensuring performance, security, and reliability at scale.

• Design, implement, and maintain Java-based back-end services
• Integrate with Stripe and Shopify APIs to support e-commerce functionality
• Collaborate with front-end, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver end-to-end features
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code with a focus on scalability and security
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues, ensuring high system availability
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team

• Strong experience with Java (Spring Boot or similar frameworks) and JSP (Java Server Pages)
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and third-party integrations
• Hands-on experience with Stripe and/or Shopify APIs
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar)
• Familiarity with cloud environments and containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Intermediate technical English

• Experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.)
