The opportunity

We’re powering ML research with scalable GPU and HPC infrastructure. Your mission? Slash bottlenecks, automate systems, and modernise clusters so our AI researchers can move at the speed of light. You’ll own critical infrastructure that enables real breakthroughs in AI. Your work makes science happen—fast, reliable, autonomous.

  • Linux Server Administration


Manage and troubleshoot Linux servers, user provisioning, integrations, and system-level tasks. Keep things secure, stable, and automated.

  • Automate & Build


Architect infrastructure using Terraform and Ansible. Automate tasks—from user provisioning to cluster monitoring—and eliminate firefighting.

  • Maintain & Scale HPC Clusters


Stay on top of GPU cluster health. Triage crashes, analyse usage, and plan intelligently for growth.

  • Enable Machine Learning Teams


Troubleshoot simulation workloads, build internal tools and scripts, handle migrations and resource requests, and serve as the go-to bridge between infra and researchers.

  • IT Operations


Tackle Google Workspace admin, basic IT support, and office network setup (Unifi) when required.

About you :

You’re the kind of engineer who gets a kick out of turning messy infrastructure into seamless automation. You’re quick on the uptake, creative under pressure, and realistic about what's possible. Planning and estimates are your friends, and you communicate clearly—whether that’s with researchers, engineers, or stakeholders. You geek out over building internal tools, frameworks, and data infrastructure that let AI teams train smarter, move faster, and stay focused.

  • 2+ years in Linux system administration
  • Strong troubleshooting instincts and a knack for problem-solving
  • Fluent communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders


Bonus points if you have

  • Terraform and Ansible experience
  • Exposure to AWS, GCP, or Azure
  • Experience administering Google Workspace
