Role : Test Lead

You are a hands-on Software Engineer in Test with proven experience leading quality strategy and implementation within cross-functional teams.

● You’ve worked in shift-left environments and helped teams adopt test-first approaches (BDD, TDD, contract testing).

● You have strong experience in Java or Typescript and working knowledge of REST/gRPC APIs, message queues, and distributed systems.

● You can architect and maintain scalable automation suites across frontend and backend layers.

● You thrive on preventing bugs, not just catching them. You believe in building the right feedback loops from the start of the SDLC.

● You are highly collaborative and comfortable working closely with product and engineering teams (Within the same repositories).

● You are excellent at articulating your reasoning and making your assumptions explicit in English. Having good proficiency in Dutch is an advantage.
