- Experience: 10+ years in software engineering and IT leadership.
- Technical (mandatory): IBM Cloud (dMZR), Java, J2EE.
- Technical (preferred): OpenText Exstream, Spring Cloud.
- Business (mandatory): Financial sector, Personal Finance.
- Soft skills: Leadership, mentoring, stakeholder management, rigor, communication, decision-making.
- Must-have: Prior IBM Cloud experience (preferably within a BNP entity).
