You will work as a MindCapture consultant for an international market leader in the healthcare industry.

Job Description:

• As Project Manager, you will drive complex and impactful projects from the final sales phase to full execution.
• Define project scope together with sales and the customer
• Set up and manage the phase-gate approach for the entire project lifecycle
• Kick off projects with customers and internal teams
• Lead and inspire project teams through regular meetings
• Monitor project engineers and review project documentation
• Safeguard project planning, milestones and deliverables
• Manage costs, risks and mitigation plans
• Report progress to management and the steering committee
• Organize project acceptance tests and support commissioning engineers during start-up

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Electro-, Mechanical- or Chemical Engineering, or Bio-Engineering (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience as Project Manager in pharma, food or chemical industry
• Strong track record in managing international client-supplier relationships
• People management skills and analytical mindset to lead complex projects
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical guidelines and regulations
• Excellent communication skills, customer-oriented with the ability to build trust and respect
• Continuous improvement mindset in daily project processes
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
• Willingness to travel internationally (up to 8 weeks per year, max. 2 weeks per trip)
