Business Analyst Power BI

Mission context

We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong technical data skills to support and accelerate strategic data-driven initiatives. The role will focus on industrializing customer promise KPI dashboards, enabling rapid insight generation, and ensuring effective communication with senior stakeholders. The position bridges business needs and technical data solutions, contributing to transformation programs and capability building across teams.

Responsibilities

• Industrialize customer promise KPI dashboards in PowerBI
• Detail new data concepts within transformation programs (e.g., locker overflow root cause dashboard)
• Generate fast insights and prototypes in self-service tools using existing legacy data models
• Consolidate initial insights and prepare presentations for senior stakeholders
• Coordinate industrialization of solutions in modern data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks)
• Support change management and conduct end-user training
• Collaborate with reporting teams and functional business analysts to build data capabilities

Profile Must Have

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst in data-related projects
• Hands-on expertise with PowerBI
• Ability to generate insights and prototypes using self-service tools
• Strong communication skills for senior stakeholder reporting

Profile Should Have

• Experience with modern data platforms such as Snowflake or Databricks
• Background in change management and user training
• Proven ability to work on transformation programs and data industrialization

Profile Could Have

• Familiarity with legacy data models
• Experience working alongside reporting teams and functional analysts
• Knowledge of additional visualization or analytics tools
