• Maintain an open and analytical mindset, thinking creatively to solve problems.
• Have hands-on experience with business analysis, research & development, and understand business processes used in software design and development.
• Hold a Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science or a related software engineering field.
• Stay aware of modern software standards and industry trends.
