Your Mission Will Be

  • Supporting both technical and business teams;
  • Gather information and troubleshoot applications integration;
  • Assume responsibility for multiple concurrent issues and discuss the right priority with the team;
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external teams to ensure smooth operations and alignment.

You Will Need

  • 3+ years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer;
  • Proficiency in operationalizing Microservices;
  • Experience of Shell for automation tasks;
  • Experience of Grafana, ELK and Prometheus for monitoring and logging;
  • Experience with AWS cloud;
  • Experience with PostgreSQL or My SQL for databases;
  • Availability to perform on-call prevention;
  • CPLP nationality or an EU work permit;
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English.

  • BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related.
