Software Engineer - (Cyber Security)
Join our client, a cutting-edge cyber security company based in Germany, dedicated to protecting organizations from ever-evolving digital threats. They are seeking a highly motivated Software Engineer to collaborate with their expert team in developing innovative solutions that secure critical data and infrastructures worldwide. This role offers the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art technologies, including:
Node.js, React, Microservices, Event-First Architecture, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Kafka, TypeScript, Kubernetes (K8s), DevOps, System Architecture, Postgres SQL, Python, Machine Learning (ML), LLM API, and Component Design.
About the Role:
As a Software Engineer, you will be integral to building secure, scalable, and high-performing systems. You will design and develop React frontends and Node.js-based microservices, optimize system performance, and contribute to innovative cyber security applications. Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and security experts to deliver solutions that leverage Kafka, Kubernetes (K8s), and DevOps practices, ensuring best-in-class cyber resilience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Strong experience with Node.js and React.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Proficiency in English (B2+).
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Kafka, TypeScript, Kubernetes, and DevOps workflows.
- Knowledge of System Architecture and Component Design.
- Background in Machine Learning (ML) or working with LLM APIs.
- Solid understanding of SQL and Python.
