Must-Have:

• More than 5 year of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile coach or similar
• Certified Scrum Master (e.g. PSM 1 / PSM 2)
• Deep knowledge of agile principles and methods (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
• Good communication, collaboration and team development skills
• Strong organizational skills, autonomy and proactivity
• Team spirit
• Fluent or good knowledge of English
• Good interpersonal skills

Would be great if you have:

• Academic background in Informatics, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or similar
• Experience in continuous integration and continuous delivery processes
