Product Manager

For our client, a global leader in the payments and financial technology industry, we are looking for a Product Manager to join their team in developing a world-class fraud prevention platform.

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within fintech or payments.
• Strong technical expertise with microservices architecture, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience in product, program, or service management with technology.
• Proven ability to define and organize customer objectives, strategies, and metrics.
• Skilled at facilitating both technical and non-technical workshops or problem-solving sessions.
• Ability to translate customer use cases into actionable backlog items and manage prioritization.
• A strong team player mindset with excellent collaboration, communication, and mentoring skills.
• High energy, proactive approach, and ability to thrive in a dynamic, global team environment.

What you’ll do

• Perform technical analysis of products and applications to ensure business and functional requirements are met.
• Communicate technical needs to development teams and translate development concerns to business stakeholders.
• Identify dependencies and assess impacts of new initiatives.
• Support the creation of conceptual/architectural designs and user interface mock-ups.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on software designs and integration of technology standards.
• Provide technical consulting during the launch of new products and services.
• Share expertise in support and escalation management.
• Document and coordinate audit controls and compliance requirements.
