Head of Cyber Security – CISO

Head of Cyber Security opportunity in Dublin City Centre. This company is scaling fast – they have grown to multibillion turnover in a short few years and have serious growth ambitions ahead. This role will suit a Head of Cyber Security/ CISO with ambitions to match, taking on the challenge of spearheading the security initiatives in this fast-paced organisation.

Your mission will be to lead and grow a global Cyber Security org and estate. It is a fast paced, highly dynamic environment with high quality standards. The IT environment is a mix of on-premises and cloud, with security, reliable and compliance all of critical importance. It is a Microsoft environment moving to cloud.

Team Leadership, stakeholder management and strong technical skills are keys to success in this role. You will also be responsible for building a world class team of cyber security engineers from the ground up.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background along with exposure in a high-risk environment as a Head of Cyber Security. Experience successfully managing Cyber Security in a fast-paced enterprise is important.

Skills / experience:

• 10 – 15+ years’ experience, with a strong track record as a Head of Cyber Security or CISO
• Cloud Savvy: Extensive experience in securing cloud-based platforms and environments.
• Cyber Security, Cloud experience
• Strong communication & Leadership skills

Package:

• Dublin City Centre based
• Salary: €160000 – €200000 DOE – Share option, 30% Bonus (potential to be doubled), pension, healthcare etc.
