🔎We are looking for a Data Analyst


MAIN TASKS:


  • Collaborate with an international, diverse team to help understand clients better and identify trends and opportunities through data insights.
  • Provide insights that drive business growth by understanding needs, proposing, and implementing data-driven solutions including analysis, visualization, and automation.
  • Engage in problem identification and problem-solving to support various business areas.
  • Take ownership of analytical projects, including data retrieval, preparation, and analysis using data/statistical models and best practices in data visualization.
  • Develop insights and automated tools for strategic decision-making.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical professionals.
  • Understand and translate stakeholder needs clearly to the technical team.
  • Present complex analysis results in a clear, concise manner.



YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS:


  • Background in fields like Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or similar areas
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau or Power BI)
  • Hands-on experience with programming for data analysis, preferably using Python (especially Pandas)
  • Strong skills in SQL
  • Understanding of descriptive statistics and hypothesis testing (preferred)
  • Exposure to Big Data tools and technologies like PySpark, Presto, or Airflow (preferred)
  • Knowledge of Power Query and DAX (preferred)
  • Fluent communication in English (oral & written)
  • Hybrid regime in the Lisbon office
