Your Superpowers:

• Minimum 3 years of successful experience in procurement/commerce (you know how to strike a good deal)
• Drive, motivation, and a desire to achieve top results
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills (you are a strategist)
• Familiarity with the coffee market
• Higher education (economics, management, business administration)
• Fluent in spoken and written English (other languages are a plus)

Your Mission:

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with partners/suppliers
• Conduct negotiations, considering market dynamics and financial goals
• Seek innovative solutions and new product development opportunities
• Formulate pricing and product assortment
• Promote business development at each partner/supplier level
• Be our product ambassador and represent various stakeholders
