A proactive and organized problem-solver who knows how to bring people together and drive projects forward. You have a solid background in digital marketing, especially in performance-driven campaigns, and can work with multiple projects while keeping stakeholders aligned and teams focused.

What Will You Do

• Lead and manage multiple digital growth projects across teams, ensuring they align with strategic goals
• Collaborate with leadership to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Allocate resources, manage budgets, and track project performance
• Facilitate communication between departments to ensure seamless coordination
• Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders, identifying and mitigating risks
• Develop and implement processes to enhance project efficiency and accountability
• Support team development through mentorship and clear goal-setting
  
  
  

WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE

• 4+ years of project management experience in digital marketing or digital setting
• Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, especially performance marketing
• Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing, sometimes uncertain environment while effectively managing multiple projects and priorities
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
• Clear, confident communicator with experience working across teams and levels
• Ability to manage budgets, resources, and timelines with precision
• Problem-solving mindset and adaptability in changing environments
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing or digital media industries is a plus

GROSS SALARY

• 3800-4300 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competences
