AI Software Engineer
Location : Luxembourg

- Architect, develop, and deploy AI-driven applications and autonomous agents using Azure AI Foundry.
- Utilize Azure AI SDKs (Python, C#, TypeScript/Java, etc.) to integrate models, prompts, and workflows into enterprise applications.
- Apply Foundry features including:
- Model Catalog – select, evaluate, and fine-tune models.
- Prompt Flow – design, test, and chain prompts for LLMs.
- Playground – rapid prototyping and experimentation.
- Agentic Frameworks – orchestrate multi-agent workflows and API/data integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build AI system architectures balancing scalability, performance, and governance.
- Ensure best practices for model grounding, observability, security, and evaluation are applied.
- Connect AI services with Azure components such as Key Vault, Storage, Cognitive Search, and Application Insights.
- Participate in code reviews, automated testing, and documentation to maintain high-quality deliverables.
- Stay informed on new developments in AI/LLMs, Microsoft AI, and enterprise AI best practices.
Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience, including hands-on AI/ML projects.
- Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, C#, TypeScript/JavaScript, or Java.
- Practical experience with Azure AI Foundry.
- Strong understanding of LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, and model evaluation.
- Experience with REST APIs, cloud-native applications, and microservices.
- Familiarity with GitHub, DevOps pipelines, and CI/CD methodologies.
- Awareness of security, compliance, and governance standards in enterprise AI.
- Ability to balance experimental prototyping with production-grade implementation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience building multi-agent systems and AI workflows.
- Knowledge of MLOps, data pipelines, and model fine-tuning on Azure.
- Familiarity with Copilot Studio or custom Copilot solutions.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Relevant certifications (preferred but not required):
- Microsoft Azure AI Engineer Associate
- Microsoft Azure Developer Associate
- Microsoft Azure Data Scientist Associate
- Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
- Other platform-specific generative AI certifications
