Technical Lead

Job Description:

We are seeking a Tech Lead with deep expertise in designing and building data warehouses from the ground up, ideally within a banking environment. This role involves leading technical initiatives, developing robust frameworks, and ensuring the successful implementation of scalable data solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and architecture of enterprise-level data warehouse solutions
• Build and implement data warehouses from scratch, ensuring scalability and performance
• Develop and maintain frameworks to support data integration and transformation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business needs
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
• Ensure best practices in data governance, security, and compliance

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in data warehouse architecture and implementation
• Strong hands-on expertise in IBM Datastage and Oracle
• Demonstrated ability in framework development
• Fluency in French is mandatory
• Prior experience in the banking sector is highly valued
