Position: Senior Service Designer - B2E designer

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands (Hybrid)

Duration: 6+ months contract

Language: Dutch and English

Job profile:

• you are the bridge between these end-users, our business stakeholders, and our multidisciplinary product teams.
• You will help product teams and stakeholders understand the flows and processes of the end-users and create new or improved solutions that increase their effectiveness and efficiency in running our airline operations.

Experience

• Were seeking a seasoned Service Designer with a passion for user research, design, and innovation.
• With a profound understanding of digital ecosystems, you'll play a pivotal role in transforming our approach to digital product development.
• As a proactive self-starter, you thrive on collaboration, effortlessly engaging with fellow designers, product teams, and stakeholders to gather insights and foster alignment.
• You also have an excellent experience working on service design projects applying a wide range of design processes, methodologies, and deliverables.
• Deep understanding of design explorative and evaluative research, ensuring a strong foundation for innovative solutions
• Extensive experience with design strategy, sprints, and service design tools such as customer journey mapping, personas, and context mapping.
