Who we are
At Flux Performance we build electric motorcycles that push the limits of technology, performance, and sustainability. Our roots are grounded in innovation and racing, driven by a passion to design motorcycles that excite, inspire, and deliver next-level performance. We're a tight-knit team, unburdened by corporate structures, where creativity, speed, and collaboration thrive. We take big ideas from concept to reality—always aiming to set new benchmarks in motorcycles.
If you’re excited about shaping the future of 2-wheels and working on cutting-edge technology, we’d love to have you on board.
The role
We’re seeking a Mechanical Engineer to help drive the development of our electric motorcycles. In this role, you’ll be defining, designing, testing and optimizing components and the vehicle as a whole. The role requires practical action and a theoretical background, with a hands-on involvement throughout the product development cycle, from concept to production.
What you'll do
• Ownership of the different sub-systems of high-performance motorcycles from concept to serial production.
• Contribute to defining the vehicle concept and packaging architecture.
• Mechanical design and tolerance stacks.
• Support and guidance of the other technical team.
• Lead component testing and validation activities.
• Keep technical documentation up to date.
• Support and guide technicians during build ups at system level.
What we’re looking for
• CAD Master, ideally in PTC Creo (>3 years).
• FEA (Structural, Fluid and Thermal) software experience is a plus.
• Accountable, organized and proactive.
• Product and solution-oriented mindset.
• Hands on approach.
• Strong science/engineering thinking.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes for serial production (DFM+DFA).
• Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering Degree.
• Previous experience in motorcycle development is valuable.
Why Join Us?
• Work on cutting-edge electric motorcycles that challenge industry norms.
• Be part of a collaborative, fast-moving startup culture where your ideas have an impact.
• No corporate red tape—just a dynamic environment focused on innovation and getting things done.
• Competitive salary, benefits, and the chance to shape the future of mobility.
