- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Deliver robust, clean, and scalable code aligned with business requirements.
- Contribute to the adoption of best practices in DevOps, CI/CD, and agile methodologies.
- Support knowledge sharing and team collaboration within a complex organizational setup.
- Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot (backend-driven frontend development).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong teamwork and collaborative mindset.
- Proven background in eCommerce projects.
- Experience working in large, matrix organizations.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar tools.
