About the Role

This role is part of the Mobile Team, responsible for building next-generation mobile apps for premium Financial company. You will lead efforts in modernizing legacy systems and integrating advanced technologies, including cloud services. Your focus will be on maximizing delivery and application performance, ensuring new technologies positively contribute to performance improvement or business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance team efficiency by driving initiatives and introducing new technologies, including practices like Cross Knowledge Training.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and make informed decisions on technology adoption, infrastructure, and cost impacts.
• Document and communicate infrastructure and design decisions to both business and technical stakeholders, ensuring clear ownership and accountability for projects.

Must-have Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience in iOS native mobile development.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Swift and SwiftUI.
• Familiarity with data structures, system design, and design patterns.
• Proficiency in API design, MVVM, declarative UI, Git, and DevOps.
• Advanced English level (B2+/C1) for communication with global teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Nice-to-have

• Full-stack background, with familiarity in cloud services, GraphQL, Firebase, etc.
• Passion for news, with creativity in introducing new ideas and technologies.
• Background in journalism is a strong plus.
