Our client, a groundbreaking AI company, is using a universal physics simulator to tackle global climate and energy challenges. We're looking for our very first dedicated Lead Product Designer to shape the UX/UI for an AI-driven weather platform that helps energy traders make better decisions.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the full UX/UI design lifecycle, from research to delivery, for web and platform.
• Conduct user research and synthesise feedback into actionable insights.
• Create and validate design concepts through user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Build and maintain a modular design system in Figma.
• Partner closely with engineers, research scientists, and go-to-market teams.
• Craft clear, concise microcopy and communicate design rationale to stakeholders.

Skills:

• Experience designing B2B, data-rich technical products.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work.
• Experience as a first/solo design hire or founding designer.
• Advanced skills in Figma and hands-on experience with AI-assisted design tools.
• Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., PostHog) to inform design decisions.
• Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and design systems.
• Excellent collaboration skills and proven ability to work in agile, cross-functional teams.
