We are seeking a Technical Product Manager where you will be the technical lead for an exciting new product: a unique IP VPN device that includes radio encryption. This is a highly technical role, and you will work closely with our development experts to bring the product to market.
What you will be doing:
- Define and own the long-term product strategy and roadmap.
- Lead technically, collaborating closely with developers to build best-in-class solutions, particularly in radio-based communication.
- Translate customer needs and technical trends into product requirements and innovations.
- Own the product backlog and drive prioritisation based on value and feasibility.
- Support partners and customers with training and participate in field roll-outs.
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with stakeholders.
- 20% travel involved in the role to customers
What we're looking for:
- Solid technical background in computer networks, cybersecurity, VPNs, and encryption technologies.
- Hands-on understanding of VHF/UHF/HF radios and their use in communication environments.
- Experience with hardware/software integration and defining requirements for complex systems.
- Proven ability to manage full product life cycles in technical environments.
- Self-driven and structured, with strong documentation and follow-up habits.
- Good communicator, able to engage both engineers and executive stakeholders.
Nice-to-have skills:
- Experience working with government organisations.
- Knowledge of compliance and security requirements in public-sector or classified environments.
