Lead Product Designer (Webflow & Figma)

We are now expanding in Romania and looking for a Lead Product Designer (Webflow + Figma) to join our team in Iași or Bucharest.

This is a hands-on leadership role: you will own, manage, and expand multiple company websites in Webflow, while also driving product and mobile design for our enterprise SaaS tools and consumer apps. You’ll be leading two other UI/UX designers and working in-office alongside engineers, marketers, and operators to ship Silicon-Valley-grade experiences—future-proof, precise, and fast to learn from.

What You’ll Do

🌐 Multi-site Webflow ownership

• Administer and build Webflow sites: roles/permissions, backups, CMS governance.
• Create new experiences using templates + custom builds.
• Expand modular landing systems, advanced interactions, and motion.
• Safeguard accessibility, performance (Core Web Vitals), SEO/meta hygiene, analytics tagging, and reliability.
• Ensure cross-brand consistency across multiple Roslin brands.

📊 Product & SaaS design

• Translate business goals into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and spec-ready UI.
• Design scalable IA for complex B2B/B2C surfaces.
• Partner with PM, engineering, and marketing to ensure clarity and funnel efficiency.

📱 Mobile app design

• Design apps for managers, consumers, and drivers, with UX tuned to speed, safety, and compliance.
• Handle iOS/Android patterns, low connectivity, in-app comms, and transportation-specific workflows.

👟 Customer-shoes workflow mapping

• Map workflows end-to-end, frame problems, and propose practical solutions.
• Document edge cases, states, and acceptance criteria.

⚡ AI-first prototyping & validation

• Use Miro for journey mapping and AI-first tools (Lovable, Replit, v0) for prototypes.
• Run lightweight tests, validate before polishing, and capture learnings for the team.

🎨 Design systems & tokens

• Build and maintain a Figma-based design system with variables, components, and documentation.
• Drive adoption across mobile and web surfaces.

📈 Visual & growth design

• Produce AI-generated placeholder imagery/video with brand alignment.
• Support App Store/Play Store visuals, copy frameworks, and A/B assets to maximize conversion.

🤝 In-office collaboration & leadership

• Work on-site in Iași or Bucharest, leading reviews and mentoring other designers.
• Contribute to a Design Operating System of standards, checklists, and rituals that improve velocity and quality.

Must-Have Experience

• 5+ years in UI/UX or Product Design with multiple shipped products.
• Proven mobile app design background with measurable impact.
• Webflow expertise: multi-site governance, CMS modeling, SEO, accessibility, and performance.
• Figma expertise: tokens/variables, components, libraries, documentation.
• Miro + AI prototyping (Lovable, Replit, or v0).
• C1+ English for crisp communication.
• Demonstrated ability to step into the customer’s shoes and provide solutions that work.

Nice to Have

• Russian or Ukrainian language skills.
• Transportation/Mobility/SaaS background.
• GA4/Looker/Data Studio experience.
• Basic HTML/CSS/JS literacy for stronger Webflow outcomes.
