Senior Fullstack GenAI Engineer – Stockholm (Hybrid)

We’re working with a market-leading SaaS scale-up building the future of content management for some of the biggest names out there (think global tech, government, and Fortune 500 📊).

They’ve got a sleek, intuitive, cloud-native platform that’s changing how distributed teams manage complex technical documentation in real time (CMS on steroids!)

Now, they're investing big in AI and looking for a Senior Fullstack GenAI Engineer to help lead the charge. This is your chance to join early on, shape a brand new AI team, and build cutting-edge, real-world GenAI features that actually ship.

Role:

🛠️ Be the first senior engineer in a brand new AI team, working directly with product and engineering leadership

🤖 Build AI agents and workflows from the ground up using LLMs, RAG, Amazon Bedrock, and more

🧱 Architect and deploy scalable AI infrastructure across a modern microservices stack

🚀 Work hands-on across the entire development lifecycle: from experimentation to production

👥 Not a people-management role (yet) but you'll be a technical mentor and key decision-maker

🤝 Collaborate closely onsite with the Stockholm team a few days a week

Tech Stack:

🧠 GenAI: LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, Bedrock, MCP

💾 Backend: TypeScript/Node.js, Go, Python, PHP

☁️ Infra: AWS, IaC, microservices, cloud-native architecture

🔌 Tools you build will interact with internal systems, external services, and customer platforms

About you:

🎯 Senior engineer with experience owning roadmaps, technical planning, and product integrations

👨 💻 Strong software dev background, ideally with recent hands-on GenAI/LLM experience

🧪 You've built and deployed AI-powered features in real-world products

🌱 Friendly, low-ego, collaborative energy (this is a no-politics, supportive team)

🇸🇪 Stockholm-based (or willing to be onsite a few days per week)
