A prestigious global consultancy located in Gothenburg seeking a DevOps Consultant for a long contract engagement.

Job Description:

• Oversee entire SDLC from planning to deployment, facilitating collaboration between development, operations, and QA teams
• Build, maintain, and optimise automated integration and delivery pipelines with minimal human intervention
• Manage and provision infrastructure using tools like Bicep, Terraform, or Ansible for scalable, consistent environments
• Implement real-time monitoring, logging systems (OpenSearch, ELK stack), and manage incident response with on-call rotations
• Embed security checks in CI/CD pipelines, ensure compliance with regulations (GDPR, HIPAA), and manage access controls
• Drive automation across builds, deployments, testing, and infrastructure provisioning to reduce errors and increase delivery speed
• Continuously analyze and improve system performance while monitoring and optimizing cloud infrastructure costs
• Implement backup strategies, fault tolerance, and resilience mechanisms in collaboration with Infrastructure team
• Ensure processes meet organizational standards with proper documentation and audit trails
• Promote DevOps culture, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration while encouraging team learning and innovation

• Scripting: PowerShell, bash, Python
• Languages: c#, python, bash, Maven
• Databases: Mongo, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch
