We are seeking a skilled Pentester to join our team. As a Pentester, you will be responsible for simulating sophisticated cyberattacks across multiple domains—digital, physical, and human—to uncover and address security vulnerabilities. You will conduct in-depth assessments, deliver actionable insights, and offer prioritized recommendations to enhance our clients’ security.

Responsibilities and Deliverables:

  • Simulate Attacks: Execute multi-vector attacks across digital, physical, and human systems.
  • Identify Vulnerabilities: Detect and analyze security gaps across networks, applications, and physical areas.
  • Reporting: Create clear, detailed reports for both technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Risk Mitigation: Offer actionable recommendations to address and prevent vulnerabilities.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Advanced Certifications: eCPPT, eWPT, or similar in web/network security.
  • Incident Response: Experience in incident response or crisis management is a plus.

Required Skills:

  • Certifications: OSCP or equivalent (e.g., CEH, PNPT, eJPT); OSEP is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in web/network penetration testing; AD and cloud security experience is a bonus.
  • Physical & Social Engineering: Exposure to physical and social engineering assessments; training support available.

Personal Characteristics:

  • Communication: Strong reporting and ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Security clearance (preferred).
  • Professional Swedish and English verbal and written.

Preferred Skills:

  • Security clearance.
  • Cloud Security.
  • OSEP.
  • Crisis Management.
  • Incident Response.

Languages:

  • Swedish (Proficient).
  • English (Proficient).
