Position overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Technical Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading teams to deliver projects that span across one or more business units, managing resources, schedules, financials, and adhering to quality control guidelines throughout the full project lifecycle.

You will act as the bridge between technology, people and business, ensuring deliveries are not only cutting-edge but also secure and embraced by the people who use them.

Qualifications

Consulting Experience

You have experience and expertise that build on the existing Nordeiq team.

• More than 8 years of consulting experience working with mid-size clients or enterprise clients
• Navigates complex client organizations with a curious attitude without losing focus on the assignment
• Translates client demands and challenges into solutions that can be implemented and operated over time

Technical Expertise

• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, successfully leading complex projects from initiation to delivery.
• Strong technical foundation with understanding and hands-on experience in areas such as software development, digital transformation, solution architecture, or cybersecurity.
• Ability to evaluate and recommend technical strategies, tools, and platforms that align with business needs.
• Commitment to staying current with emerging technologies and integrating them effectively where relevant.

Project Management Skills

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for tech initiatives.
• Manage project risks, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.
• Report project progress to leadership and recommend adjustments as needed.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and project management tools.
