What the role entails

As a project manager with us, you will lead projects ranging from product development and delivery projects to digital transformation programs. The projects vary in size and complexity, but what they have in common is that they require clear management, effective communication, and a solution-oriented approach.

Examples of responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams in Sweden and internationally
• Ensure delivery according to plan, budget, and quality
• Keep project stakeholders together, both internal and external
• Work closely with technology and product teams, as well as with customers and suppliers
• Identify risks and drive improvements during the course of the project
• Report status, progress, and deviations to the steering group or customer
• Follow up on purchases, deliveries, and material supply in delivery projects
• Participate in technical reviews and audits (e.g., design reviews, FAT/SAT)
• Handle technical order management, including customer drawings, assembly documentation, and documentation
• Coordinate system-related changes, especially in IT or ERP environments
• Lead preliminary studies and pre-study phases
• Work in systems such as SAP, Salesforce, PLM, or similar project tools
• Depending on the assignment, you may also be responsible for technical order management, plant changes, or process harmonization within an international program.

Your background:

We are looking for both those with several years of experience in project management and those with a technical background who want to take the step into a leadership role.

We would like you to have:

• Technical education at university or civil engineering level
• Experience of leading projects in technology, industry, IT, or energy
• Strong communication skills and a well-structured approach to your work
• Experience of project methodologies such as PMP, IPMA, SAFe or similar is an advantage
• Fluent spoken and written Swedish and English
• Experience of working with SAP, Salesforce or similar business systems is an advantage.
