Full Stack Engineer

We’re excited to share an opportunity to join HSBC’s dynamic technology team as a Senior Fullstack Engineer. This hybrid role, based in Kraków, offers the chance to work on impactful projects within a global financial organization.

About the Role

This role involves providing production application support and developing scalable backend services, among other responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide production application support for enterprise-level systems.
• Design and develop scalable backend services using C# and Web API.
• Build responsive front-end interfaces using React or Angular 2+, along with HTML5 and CSS.
• Design and optimize relational databases using SQL Server and T-SQL.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth SDLC processes.
• Maintain code quality and version control using Git.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with attention to detail.

Required Skills

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in Production Application Support.
• Strong proficiency in C# / .NET, Web API, and SQL Server.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript), and modern frameworks (React or Angular 2+).
• Experience with Git and collaborative development environments.
• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Hybrid (2–3 days onsite per week) Location: Kraków, Poland
