You will work on an internal project related to processing open banking and alternative payment methods. Creating a seamless payment solution for our clients, covering mostly cryptocurrency transactions.
We offer a B2B contract with a competitive salary range of 19 000 - 23 000 net PLN (+ additional vacations & sick days), depending on your experience.
Additionally, we provide 26 paid days off per year and 100% paid sick leave.
We are working from our office in Warsaw, which provides the core environment for our work. You have the flexibility to work remotely twice a week. 🌍
Your responsibilities
Your Main Areas Of Focus
- Implementing and maintaining projects in the fintech industry.
- Programming business logic, APIs, data models, and testing.
- Conducting code reviews.
- Participating in feature design.
- Participating in operations and deployments.
- At least 4 years of professional experience as a Python Developer, with a strong command of Python 3.8+ and Modern Python practices.
- Familiarity with FastAPI, Pydantic, and SQLAlchemy (nice to have).
- Expertise in asynchronous programming and building modern, scalable services.
- Strong proficiency in RDBMS with advanced SQL skills.
- In-depth knowledge of HTTP, web services, and core internet standards.
- Demonstrated ability to write efficient and maintainable code, with a focus on performance optimization.
- Awareness of security best practices and an interest in addressing security challenges.
- Skilled in using Git for version control and collaboration.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a proactive approach to tackling complex issues.
- Excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a willingness to share knowledge and mentor others.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to the team’s growth and success.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices
- Familiarity with Kubernetes (K8s) from a developer's perspective.
- Experience with Linux operating systems.
