We’re hiring: Software Engineer (Go)

Location: Hybrid – Gdańsk, Poland

Contract: Full-time, employment contract

🔹 What you’ll do

• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems & APIs in Go (Golang).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class solutions.
• Optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability.
• Implement cybersecurity best practices.
• Contribute to code reviews and knowledge sharing.

🔹 What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of programming experience, including 1+ year in Go.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and Linux/Unix systems.
• Solid understanding of software design patterns & clean code principles.
• Fluent English and strong teamwork skills.

Nice to have: Docker, AWS/Azure/GCP, microservices, message queue systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS), or additional languages (Python, C++, Ruby, Java).
