As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing user experiences, ensuring our products are not only functional but also intuitive and engaging.

Mission
  • To enhance user experiences by designing intuitive and effective user interfaces that align with OMNIC’s innovative solutions, driving both user satisfaction and business success.
Key Requirements
  • 3-7 years of experience in UI/UX design.
  • Proficiency in Figma for designing, prototyping, and managing component libraries.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing.
  • Experience with data analytics tools such as Google Analytics and MS Clarity.
  • Ability to align user needs with business objectives effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate design ideas and gather feedback.
  • English proficiency (Upper Intermediate B2) is required.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating user-friendly designs.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and enhance user interfaces for various applications including mobile apps for couriers and service engineers.
  • Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions and improve overall user experience.
  • Create user flows and customer journey maps to ensure seamless interactions.
  • Design user interfaces that are visually appealing and adhere to usability principles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
  • Utilize analytics tools to assess user engagement and drive continuous improvement of UI/UX.
  • Manage and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across all products.
  • Work on additional design tasks such as email templates and website content creation.
