Cyberwise is seeking a dynamic Cyber Defense Center (CDC) Unit Manager to lead and inspire our 24/7 operations.

This is a unique opportunity to lead one of Turkey’s leading Cyber Defense Centers. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing five specialized teams — Operations, Investigation & Response, Threat Intelligence, Development, and Purple Team — driving strategic alignment, operational excellence, and client satisfaction in line with global MSSP standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end daily operations of the Cyber Defense Center, including 24/7 shift-based SOC activities,
• Lead, coordinate, and evaluate the performance of five logical teams,
• Oversee SOC/SIEM, EDR, NDR, SOAR, and Threat Intelligence platforms,
• Plan and manage advanced services such as incident response, threat hunting, and compromise assessment,
• Ensure alignment with KPIs, SLAs, and MSSP standards,
• Represent Cyberwise in customer meetings, audits, and strategic sessions,
• Support the development, training, and career planning of team leads and analysts
• Continuously improve processes in line with ISO 27001, NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, SOC-CMM, and CIS Controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Engineering, or related fields,
• Minimum 8 years of experience in cybersecurity and at least 3 years in leadership/management roles,
• Strong expertise in SOC/SIEM, EDR, NDR, SOAR, and Threat Intelligence solutions,
• Deep knowledge of NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, SOC-CMM, and CIS Controls frameworks, etc.,
• Proven experience in incident response and security operations,
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills,
• Advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written).
