RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, AXON Ads, Unity Ads, Apple Search Ads, and other performance channels.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to provide briefs, test iterations, and deliver compelling ad creatives that match campaign goals.
  • Work closely with the ASO team to align UA and ASO strategies, supporting Google Play Custom Store Listings and App Store Custom Product Pages to maximize conversion.
  • Conduct keyword research and assist in metadata strategies to strengthen app visibility and support paid/organic synergies.
  • Monitor campaign data, identify trends, and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Support A/B testing efforts across UA campaigns, store assets, and product funnels, analyzing test results to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Track competitor activities and trending creatives in the market, adapting learnings into new strategies and creative solutions.
  • Partner with designers and leverage AI tools to generate high-quality marketing visuals and store assets.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, ad formats, and best practices to ensure campaigns remain innovative and competitive.


REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in paid User Acquisition within the mobile gaming or mobile app industry.
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing UA budgets of at least $1M USD in total across major performance channels.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts such as CPC, CPI, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
  • Direct experience running campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads, and preferably Unity/AXON Ads.
  • Familiarity with ASO fundamentals (keyword research, metadata optimization, store testing) and ability to collaborate with ASO teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and turn insights into strategies.
  • Proactive, fast learner, and adaptable to a dynamic mobile gaming environment.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).
  • Experience with MMPs (Adjust, Appsflyer) and market intelligence tools such as AppTweak, Sensor Tower, Mobile Action is a strong plus.
  • Passion for creative testing, competitor tracking, and trend analysis in mobile gaming advertising.
