Minimum qualifications:

As a software engineer, you will work on a specific project critical to Google’s needs with opportunities to switch teams and projects as you and our fast-paced business grow and evolve. We need our engineers to be versatile, display leadership qualities and be enthusiastic to take on new problems across the full-stack as we continue to push technology forward.
With your technical expertise you will manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables. You will design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance software solutions.
In this role, you will work towards improving infrastructure which allows Googlers to administer production in a more collaborative and predictable manner. Empowering better, more efficient Site Reliability Engineers (SRE), Software Engineer and Trusted Partner Cloud operators and easier spread of SRE best practices.
You will have an opportunity to influence what we build and how we build it (technical design, quality, processes and team culture).

Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience with full stack development, across back-end e.g., Java, GO, and front-end experience e.g., JavaScript or TypeScript, Angular etc.
- Experience working with some of the following: web application development, Unix/Linux environments, mobile application development, distributed and parallel systems, machine learning, information retrieval, natural language processing, networking, developing large software systems, or security software development.
- Experience developing production quality software.
- Ability to work independently on challenging problems, and passion for quality.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with teams.

- Design, implement, land and maintain components and features of Zamm infrastructure.
- Develop software and infrastructure with a focus on long-term maintainability.
- Troubleshoot test infrastructure issues.
- Design and build simple modular systems to solve complex problems.
- Foster engineering best practices in testing, code reviews, and development.
