We are looking for a analytical and experienced as an "Business Analyst" to report to our "Information Technologies Director" and join our Group Companies - HQ located in Ataşehir, İstanbul.

What Do We Expect From Our New Team Member?

• Play an active role in analyz, improve, and transferring business processes belonging to group companies to digital systems,
• Gather requirements from business units, perform requirements analysis, and provide documentation,
• Carry out process mapping, functional analysis, and test scenario creation activities in SAP ERP and other enterprise system projects,
• Ensure effective communication throughout the project process by acting as a bridge between business units and technical teams,
• Support user testing, migration, and go-live processes,
• Monitor user satisfaction and process compatibility of implemented systems,
• Contribute to process management, project tracking, and workflow standardization,
• Ensure reporting of analysis and implementation processes using project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, etc.)

Qualifications & Skills We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering or Management Information Systems,
• Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate application projects, preferably SAP ERP systems,
• Proficient in process analysis, business requirement gathering, and documentation,
• Knowledge of core business processes such as production, logistics, sales, purchasing, financial affairs, etc.
• Developed written and verbal communication skills, able to work effectively with diverse teams,
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and solution-oriented,
• Proficient in MS Office programs (especially Excel and Visio) and business analysis tools,
• Proficiency in English,
• Able to travel with regard to projects
