Experienced in managing pre-sales/post-sales activities, serving as the single point of contact for the customer, coordinating the team, and overseeing and reporting the entire process,
Skilled in IT project management or eager to specialize in this field.
Knowledgeable in Enterprise IT Management and Cloud Technologies, with a willingness to regularly pursue training and certifications and review documentation, best practices to enhance technical skills.
Proficient in English at C1-C2 level, with strong reading, writing, and speaking skills, capable of communicating fluently with clients.
High energy, able to motivate the team, ensure efficient planning, and maintain vigilant oversight to keep everything running smoothly.
Constructive and solution-oriented, not avoiding issues, development points of the projects and the team but instead addressing, identifying root causes, and reporting them with solutions.
Confident in giving and receiving feedback, enjoys analyzing complex issues, learning quickly, and simplifying information for others
Preferably
Experience in Business Analysis.
Familiarity with tools such as Atlassian Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
Skilled in meticulous note-taking and documentation.
Enjoys conducting tests for IT solutions.
Experienced in a few areas such as IT infrastructure, virtualization, networking, databases, DevOps, CI/CD, software architecture, application modernization, SecOps, backup, disaster recovery, cloud migration, data collection, data preparation, data governance, data security, data lakes, data warehouses, data visualization, MLOps, and artificial intelligence.
Continuously improving time management skills.
Capable of managing intense communication and meeting schedules, without disrupting daily tasks.
Job Description
In assigned pre-sales activities, analyze requests from potential customers and sales teams, prepare and share technical presentations, meeting notes, and success stories with customers.
Organize technical demos and PoC (Proof of Concept) activities, ensuring they are conducted effectively within the allocated time frame.
Collaborate with the technical team to create documentation, including effort analysis, architectural diagrams, SoWs and pricing studies.
Lead all RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes, learning the acceptance criteria for assigned prospective clients,
Develop a Project Plan by considering the team’s weekly/monthly schedule,
Manage assigned cloud projects end-to-end, from analysis to implementing and delivering to the customer by coordinating all team members and overseeing resource, customer, and time management for own projects.
Prepare daily end-of-day reports on the overall progress of managed projects.
Plan all team activities in advance (at least one day prior), ensure seamless coordination with other team members with the same role, and adhere to strict process and project tracking throughout the day.
Act as the single point of contact for clients under support and maintenance agreements, managing requests in line with contract SLAs.
Take responsibility for all Jira and Confluence activities, tickets, boards, spaces, projects within the team, maintaining the hygiene of these.
Maintain continuous communication and feedback exchange with the Team Leader, promptly reflecting all tasks and deadlines into Jira and managing all relevant stakeholders effectively.
