About The Role
We are seeking a Legal, Associate to lead and manage core legal functions across a dynamic, high-growth organization operating at the forefront of the crypto and digital asset space. As Legal Associate, you will be a critical member of a lean, highly capable leadership team. You'll work directly with senior executives and founders, and your legal judgment will materially shape the trajectory of our business.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all day-to-day legal operations, including workflow management, tracking, and document control
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements (e.g., vendor, partnership, employment, service, IP)
- Support entity governance, regulatory filings, and corporate structuring matters
- Contribute to M&A initiatives, including due diligence, transaction documentation, and post-close integration support
- Assist with litigation and pre-litigation activities in collaboration with external counsel
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams and business unit leaders to support strategic initiatives
- Ensure rigorous legal process, version control, and compliance across all workstreams
- 3-7 years of legal experience, ideally with training at a leading law firm
- Demonstrated expertise in corporate, commercial, or M&A matters
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Extreme attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
- Interest in crypto, blockchain, or emerging financial technologies; prior exposure a plus but not required
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a high-velocity environment
- Willingness to develop deep understanding of U.S. legal frameworks (if not already U.S.-trained)
