We are seeking a highly skilled professional with balanced expertise in both requirements gathering and Power BI development. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, technology, and business operations. A minimum of 5 years of corporate experience in the data domain in required. We offer a hybrid work environment.

The Consultant should be ready to work hybrid twice a week from the office in Wrocław. Our team is mature and deals with both solution maintenance and migration to PBI from historical tools. We care greatly about good communication and knowledge of end-to-end solutions in PBI.

Requirements description:

Business Analysis Expertise

Focused on data, process efficiency, and security. The candidate must be adept at gathering and analyzing business needs, translating them into clear, well-structured user stories, and ensuring alignment between stakeholders and technical teams. The ability to turn complex data requirements into actionable deliverables is essential.

Advanced Power BI Proficiency

Mastery of Power BI is a core requirement. Candidates must demonstrate expertise in designing dynamic reports, interactive dashboards, and advanced data visualizations. Skills should include data modeling, query optimization, and the integration of diverse data sources.

Strong SQL Skills

Proven experience with advanced SQL, including the ability to write efficient queries and manage complex data transformations across large datasets in corporate environments.

Machine Learning Knowledge (Highly Desirable)

Familiarity with machine learning techniques and their practical application to business analytics is a strong plus.

Basic Knowledge of Databricks (Desirable)

Familiarity with Databricks and a foundational understanding of its collaborative environment for data engineering, machine learning, and analytics.
