Role Purpose 

The Associated Partner (AP) acts as a key ambassador of FIT in NETWORK® in their local market. 

This is not a full-time employment position but a strategic and complementary activity, ideal for experienced professionals who wish to leverage their network, contribute to business development, and generate additional revenue streams alongside their main professional engagements. 

You will connect your corporate network with our international platform, identify new opportunities, and support the delivery of Executive Recruitment & Interim Management projects for major clients. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Represent FIT in NETWORK® locally and contribute to business development in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Saudi Arabia 
• Promote our services (Executive Recruitment & Interim Management) to decision-makers and corporations 
• Identify opportunities and share them with our central team for execution 
• Engage your local network and expand our regional presence 
• Act as a liaison between clients, candidates, and our international project managers 

Candidate Profile 

We are looking for senior professionals who: 

• Have over 15 years of experience in a corporate position 
• Have been based in the Middle East for 10+ years 
• Possess a strong and established corporate network (decision-makers, C-level) 
• Currently hold an executive, consulting, or entrepreneurial role and can dedicate time to a secondary, strategic business development activity 
• Are entrepreneurial, growth-oriented, and collaborative 
• Speak fluent English (Arabic or French is a plus) 

Selection Process 

This is an exclusive and limited call. 

To ensure a personal and qualitative approach, we will organize two physical meetings to meet shortlisted candidates: 

• Monday, 23 September 2025 
• Wednesday, 25 September 2025
