📌Title: Product Designer (UI/UX)

Schedule: 10 am to 7 pm Mon to Sat.

Mode: Hybrid (onsite once or twice per business requirement)

About the Role:

We’re seeking a passionate Product Designer who combines empathy, creativity, and structure to craft seamless and intuitive product experiences for high school students and their parents. You’ll transform user research into engaging interfaces, build consistent brand experiences, and collaborate closely with the founder and development team to deliver impactful solutions.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

🔍 User & Market Understanding

• Design user personas & journeys tailored to high school students and parents.
• Conduct competitive analysis (Admisist, Ambitio, etc.) to differentiate the company.
• Establish a feedback loop using Discord, WhatsApp groups, and surveys to gather early insights.

🎨 Design System & Branding

• Develop a comprehensive design system in Figma, ensuring consistency in colors, typography, and components.
• Implement brand guidelines (royal blue, teal, slate gray, Inter font) across the product.
• Create marketing assets such as social templates and landing page visuals for self-sufficient design support.

🧪 Testing & Iteration

• Lead A/B tests and experiments to refine onboarding and landing page experiences.
• Conduct usability tests to fine-tune features like essay feedback and mock interview tools.
• Analyze user behavior through analytics tools (Hotjar, Mixpanel, GA) to improve retention and engagement.

🤝 Cross-Team Collaboration

• Convert user insights into product features, ensuring developers build the right solutions.
• Document design choices clearly to streamline development.
• Present findings with clarity, using slides or summaries that are actionable and research-backed.
