Job description:
Delta International is a growing organization dedicated to providing education for financial goals. We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team and support our HR department in day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
Assist in payroll preparation and leave management.
Prepare HR-related reports and documents.
Handle employee inquiries and provide administrative support to the HR team.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Qualifications:
Must be fluent in English and Malayalam
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1 year of experience in HR role is a must.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
