We are currently looking for a skilled and proactive IT Support Engineer to join our team in Dubai, ensuring smooth functioning of our systems, networks, and technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
Monitor and troubleshoot system performance to ensure minimal downtime.
Manage user accounts, email configurations, and system access.
Perform routine system updates, patches, and backups.
Ensure network security by monitoring and addressing vulnerabilities.
Support staff with IT-related queries and provide timely resolutions.
Maintain IT inventory and documentation for systems and assets.
Coordinate with external vendors for IT equipment and services when required.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or in a similar technical role.
Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and networking protocols.
Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware, printers, and office IT equipment.
Good understanding of cybersecurity practices and data protection.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
